Role: Development Manager

Projects: Developed four ground-up convenience stores in South Texas. Managed design and construction of  buildings and purchased  fuel systems, canopies, inside kitchen and vending equipment directly, saving considerable money in mark-ups.


Role: Owner's Representative

Project: Supervised construction of Tresca Italian, an 8,000-square foot, high-end restaurant, including contemporary interior finish-out.  Project included modifying a new shell office building to accept a new restaurant.  The project included design management of all of the design trades, acquisition and installation of kitchen equipment, high-end cabinetry and furniture.

Also managed constuction of Ponchitos Mexican restaurant as well as the finish-out for the historic Earl Abels restaurant.

Projects: Managed multiple projects in South Texas that required entitlement work, master plans, design management and utility installation from off-site.
